Princess's Gymnastics

Well, Princess has been enrolled in gymnastics for over a month now, and she has been really gung ho about going. We decided to sign her up after she alarmed us with an offhand comment about how she wasn't good at anything. Well, we signed her up for something right away and that just happened to be gymnastics because she'd been asking to do that for a long time. She really enjoys going and being active and she loves her teachers, Miss Piri and Miss Jennifer. She doesn't always follow directions, but she has fun, and she is gaining confidence, and so are happy. Here are a few of her skills:




It's all very elementary, and the Little Gym is a noncompetitive place, so this is a good place for Princess. I think she may be a dancer at heart though because she watches all the little girls who come in in their pink leotards and ballet slippers when her gymastics class ends and she asked me today, "mom, can I do ballet next?"
