Andrew is Buzz Lightyear...
I'm not sure what to make of this, except to say that I think Andrew has watched Toy Story 2 one too many times. 
In fact, when he did this, he came to me and said, "I'm Buzz Lightyear!!!" I was like, "oh wow, that's nice, but Buzz wears a helmet, remember?" To which he just said, "I'm Buzz Lightyear!" And then I remembered: 
He really IS Buzz Lightyear!
